Refund policy

We at Holistic Healing LLC. strive to exceed your expectations in both quality and experiences. Due to the nature of the personal care products that we provide, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on products received. Each batch is handmade/poured so colors and patterns may slightly vary. 

We do not assume responsibility for packages that are lost due to incomplete or wrong addresses given. You will have the options of being given a refund minus shipping costs or we will gladly reship if the additional postage is paid in full.   We ship through Priority Mail so you will have the ability to track your package. If any issues do arise in delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to make sure you get your package

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a photo and description if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
